Many of the guidelines, policies and rules preceded devolution of the Yukon Water Board from the Federal Government to Government of Yukon. The name of the Board was changed from the Yukon Territory Water Board to the Yukon Water Board, and mirror legislation was enacted that does not quite reflect the same numbering sequence as the Federal legislation. Many of the policies and procedures have not been updated to reflect the correct references to legislation, or to recognize the new name. Similarly, some references to DIAND should now be Government of Yukon.
